We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't we'll issue you a quick refund or an exchange if available. 

1. Return and exchange eligibility window:

To qualify for a refund, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note that all returns must arrive in brand new and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging in order to be accepted. Any item not its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 
  • Only purchases for merchandise purchased through are eligible for return. Any merchandise received that was not originally purchased from this web store will be returned at the customer's expense including all associated handling charges.

3. Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

Returns of acceptable items (scenarios that are not mentioned in section 2) received by Wunderbar Trends between 31 and 60 days after the original shipment date. 

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Request the return by filling out our online returns form. After reviewing your return request, we will email you a confirmation.
  2. Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unused condition and with tags attached) in a sealed shipping package. Please include the lower part of the packing slip with your return; keep the top portion.
  3. Send it off. Affix your a shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it).
  4. Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  5. Return your package via the carrier of your choice.
  6. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What happens next?

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.


What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

Promo codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a promo code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

Will outbound shipping costs be refunded?

We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

Can I return or exchange final sale items?

No, unfortunately not. These items have been heavily discounted at 50% or more. Therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged.
